Project Brief
BIGtoken, built by SRAX is a platform that allows consumers to be rewarded for their data. Allowing users to have full control over the information they wish to share with other companies.
The internal system also allows advertisers and media companies access to verified consumer data to better reach and serve audiences.

The goal

We designed BIGtoken’s onboarding process with ease and clarity in mind. From the moment you launch the app, you’ll be introduced to the platform’s key features, ensuring you understand how to earn rewards and share your insights with confidence. Along with a familiar and simple sign in and sign up process to allow ease of access to the platform.

Surveys featuring a variety of question types, from multiple-choice to open-ended, designed as interactive activities. This enables BIGtoken to safely and effectively gather consumer data, rewarding users in exchange for their participation.
BIGtoken is continually expanding, adding diverse types of questions to better serve both consumers and companies using the app.

Tailor-made questions and surveys all inside one deck.
Consumers can respond to a deck of questions from companies they've connected with or from available promotions. With custom questions and varied activities, users can earn multiple tokens from a single survey!

Teams & Connections
Earning together and staying connected.
Implemented the ability to create or join a team to earn bonus points every time a team member completes a survey. When a team member answers an exclusive survey, that same survey becomes available to the whole team, so everyone shares in the rewards.
Users could also connect with their favorite retailers by linking directly to them. Receiving personalized promotions, questions, and surveys tailored to their products and services, giving them even more ways to earn.
